Setareh

The last few weeks have really been hard on me.  I have been watching this beautiful girl grow-up.  8th grade for Setareh was the year this sweet girl has become a remarkable woman.  Setareh has been a student body officer all year and lead with confidence, creativity and remarkable maturity.   Today, it was honor to see her receive a reward at the 8th grade awards assembly.   I so proud of her determination and confidence. I realized last week these to characteristics will take Setareh further than grades. This was a really hard lesson for me.  I have been struggling and questioning my decision about pushing her ahead.  When I see how she shines and excels it eases my worry.  She has to work a little harder but she is such a good girl - when it's the right fit, her talents will take her to the top.  Midvale Middle School was the right fit!!!

Ari's Birthday 9th Birthday Party

Ari wanted to see Mr. Peabody and Sherman since the day it arrived in theaters. Me, not so much. I remember not enjoying the cartoon on Saturday mornings in with Bullwinkle and Rocky.  The 2014 film was so Arian Khadjenoury and I LOVED the movie!!!  We had so much fun with Jeffry and Jonah from school and Sammy and Isaac from next door that I would love to throw a party for Ari every week!  What fun!
